Q:
There are other places that rebuild rotary engines, how do I know who
the best builder is?
A:
No one can claim they have the best engines. But experience makes the
difference in quality and precision. Our experience is unique because of
the years of re-mapping the E.M.S to push engines to their limit.
Q:
On a different website I saw "Each engine core is disassembled and
meticulously cleaned. Numerous machining processes are performed as
allowed by Mazda Factory OEM specifications." What does that mean and do
you do that to your engines?
A:
That is a text book build. They have sacrificed the longevity by
machining the plates and housings. If a rotor housing or rotor plate
needs to be machined, we don't use it.
Q:
Should I upgrade to 3mm apex seals?
A:
With our Ra-Super Seals™ you don't need to. But if you really want it,
we can have the rotors machined for 3mm apex seals for an additional
price.
Q:
I have a problem with my Rx7, no matter what I do it keeps flooding.
A:
No worries... We sell Rebuilt anti-pressure fuel pumps. Our fuel pumps
will release the pressure in the fuel system after you shut of the car.
So on your next startup you will have that 2second delay of fuel.
Q:
How can I get horse power from my rotary engine?
A:
1st you need to install a "Cold air charge & free flow exhaust. Then you
can install a Haltech, Motec, AEM, or Wolf-3D E.M.S.
Q:
How can I get more fuel to my rotary engine with out buying a EMS and
aftermarket injectors?
A:
You can replace your secondary injectors with Mazda OEM Turbo II
injectors. This will increase the fuel in the 2500+ range. Note: check
the voltage of your injectors and those of the Turbo, they must be the
same... 1988 Rx7's use different injectors.
