Core Charge / Return Instructions:

There is no core charge at Rotary Planet. Your in control of your money!  The way it should be...

 

 

 

 

Return Policy:

All rotary engine returns are for Exchange or In Store Credit Only and must be made within 30 days. All returns must be received in new condition, with original packaging intact and unopened. Please call for a return R. A. number. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. . If the product has a Manufacture defect we will replace it or give you credit on your account. There will be no refunds on special order parts or engines. Warranty Policy:

Rotary Planet, Inc. (RP). warrants each rebuilt rotary engine shall be free from manufacture defects under normal driving use and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The warranty period is for 12 months or operated for a distance of 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. The warranty begins on the date of the sale. RP reserves the right to repair or replaced at its discretion. The engine must be returned to RP to be inspected, replaced or repaired. If the engine is found to be defective, RP will examine, repair, and/or replace the engine at RP's facilities at no charge to the purchaser. The warranty specifically covers the engine only. If the engine is found not to be defective or has been diagnosed as a non-warranty failure, RP's diagnostic time expended, parts, and freight charges will be charged to the Purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable.
We also offer a 24 month / 24,000 mile warranty with the purchase of New rotor housings and New oil pump

 
     
 

Removing heat tab, overheating, turbo charging, supercharging, nitrous charging, abuse, misuse, improper installation, and/or running without proper lubrication voids warranty. Running the engine for prolonged periods with an improper fuel-air mixture (too rich or too lean) may also void the warranty. In addition, all break-in and maintenance procedures (provided) must be correctly followed. Please call us immediately to notify of warranty claim (before attempting any repair or replacement).
